Trip to Lompoc, CA

On the 19th, Nathan and I went to visit my friend Stephanie and her husband Ronald and their new little boy, RJ.

Sleepy boys

The penlight did the trick (Stephanie and I met while going to Nursing school!)

Playing in the stroller (I didn't want him crawling around on the floor...it worked pretty well. That's one advantage of these huge honking strollers...) :)

We visited the Danish town Solvang while we were there. They live about 40 minutes away from there.

Teeth

I'm just trying to get a picture of his teeth...hehe

And, we were sharing a frozen go-gurt (ogreberry flavor, hence the green), and just had to get a pic of the yummy chin!!

LA County Fair

John really enjoyed the animals, whereas, I was freaked out when the lamb attacked my hand when I wasn't looking! We had a lot of fun, we got in, ate, and rode 5 rides each for $25! That is a steal here...and I got some coupons for free ice cream at Ralphs! Life is good...

Drool

So Nathan is constantly drooling now, notice the big wet spot on the chest of his shirt. He is getting his two bottom teeth and a nice little fang in the upper left of his mouth...that one is awesome looking (I'll try to get a picture).

Sleepy

Nathan's schedule has been all off the past few weeks. He would only take one nap, if that, every day for a while. He would scream and scream if I tried to put him down. Finally, he is back to two naps a day and sleeping through the night again. This picture is when he fell asleep in his high chair while eating...I was spoon-feeding him, talking to him, and he still fell asleep!

Power Outage

These are just a few pictures of when it was SUPER HOT after the labor day rush of A/C users. We were out of power for about 30 hours. Yes, that even includes fans...needless to say , that the day it was out, Nathan and I cruised around the mall, and every other store that had A/C all day long!

Turtles

I don't quite know how Nathan did this all by himself..but I guess he is getting more and more coordinated all the time! They are 3 little green turtles the he plays with in the bath, and I love the look on his face!
