For Valentine's Day, we went to The Grove Shopping mall and just had fun walking around and talking. We had planned on going out to eat Saturday night, but that fell through, so maybe this week. However, John got me a one hour massage which was so amazing! I went yesterday; I love getting massages! I ended up getting a little sick Thursday night with a sore throat, but I cured myself with a big dose of Vitamin C and herbal tea. Overall, the actual Valentine's Day was a little disappointing for John--his original plan had fallen through due to the weather. We made up for it over the weekend with yummy breakfasts and fun walks! I almost never want to celebrate Valentine's Day because if you have all these huge expectations and then they are dashed, it kinda stinks. Maybe we'll just start celebrating our 1/2 year anniversary that always falls on the 13th of February. Oh, I forgot to mention that John got me some beautiful roses (probably from Costco, but they were very pretty). Thanks John, you are the best husband I could have asked for!!! I love you!

Tractor Fun
This is Nathan playing on one of his toys that he got for Christmas from Grandma and Grandpa Jemmett. He loves to push it around and move on it backwards. He hasn't quite figured out how to go forwards yet!

Idaho
Eating out with my parents and Grandma Jemmett.
With Grandma Thompson.
Eating a Chocolate ice cream cone!
Nathan and I went to Idaho to see my family for a week. We had a fun time with them just hanging out mostly. We went on lots of walks with my Dad and enjoyed the cooler weather. Thanks for the fun time!

President Hinckley
So, I was just watching this video on a Friend's blog, and it just got me all choked up. He really was a great man and a Prophet of God. I hope you enjoy this video.

Storytime
I have been meaning to post this video since before we left for Christmas, better late than never. He's "reading" the book called "What is Christmas?"

Just for Fun
These pictures are just ones that I thought were fun. Nathan loves the guitar that he got from his cousin and aunt and uncle for Christmas. In fact, it kept him sane on our long car ride back.
Here we are just posing together cause I wanted to!
And, I think this picture is funny. I had seen Nathan do this several times and just stay there for a minute. Every time I pulled out the camera to take a picture, he would stand up. So, I posed him...ok, I know that is ridiculous, but I thought it would make for a great picture!

Christmas
So we celebrated Christmas a little early at our house since we left for Idaho on the 15th. Here Nathan opened his birthday and Christmas presents. He really had fun with it! By the time that we opened presents in Parma and Coeur d' Alene, he was a pro! We had a lot of fun with our families in Idaho, just hanging out and also playing in the snow. We drove back home from CDA with a borrowed car! We will have two cars until we move...thanks to my in-laws, how heavenly for me! We forgot our camera on our trip, so until I get pics from other family members, these are all that I have!
