This kid has really discovered a love for books! He can often be found in his room sitting on the floor with books surrounding him. He especially loves it when he is read to so we make it a point to read to him at least a couple times a day. Owen is learning new words all the time and so far he is saying: dog, car, mama, dada, and please. Kids grow up way too fast!
These two were SOO excited to stay up late and get to drink a little sparkling cider/grape juice when the ball dropped. We really only let them stay up until 9 when the ball dropped in New York. ;) We were in bed by 10:30 or 11 as well. The life of a parent!
They had fun clinking glasses together after counting down.
Better late than never! We had a great Christmas around here and the kids had a blast. Owen had a fetish with this face during Christmas so enjoy the cheese! ;)
They all got some books and a comfy hoodie and sweatpants. I made them all superhero capes and they really liked those too. I'll have to get a picture with them all wearing them. I think they turned out quite well!
Then of course they got some fun toys from Grandma and Grandpa--Superhero action figure toys.
Owen found the cookie that Santa didn't quite eat and he was chowing on that as soon as he saw it!
Santa brought them each an Angry Bird shirt and socks, Angry bird playsets for Nathan and Alex, suitcases, and a play guitar for Owen.
These three boys sure love each other and always have fun together. Christmas was no exception!
